I have been a general building contractor for over 30 years, and have almost 40 years of experience as a tradesman, field supervisor and general contractor. I’ve also been working as an expert witness since 1995 and have participated in well over 300 legal cases.

Because of my background, I am uniquely qualified to analyze field conditions and form opinions as to the nature and cause of most construction defects, the responsible party, appropriate repair methodology and cost estimates.
