Good news here. I’ve found that the amount of money my clients save by hiring me to make sure the five main issues are in proper order before construction begins is often much more than my fees.

My involvement will always save you time, energy and grief and help ensure that you end up with the final project you were hoping for, something you’re be proud of. I want you to walk into your new home or remodel and be proud of what you and your contractor have built. I want you to feel it was worth every penny.
